What people ask before a quote
The number of people to be carried, shift or class hours, roughly where they live, and the destination. With that we work out the number of lines, the vehicle type and the run schedule, and price it accordingly.
First we look at your existing lines and where they break down. The switch is usually made at the start of a term or a month, without disturbing the current arrangement, and the first weeks are watched closely.
Yes. Through the panel we share with your authorised staff, route, itinerary and speed can be followed live on our 7/24 tracking system.
The colleague assigned to your project and our service desk are reachable 7/24. A change of hours, an extra run or a route adjustment reaches planning in a single call.
Every line has a standby vehicle plan. If a vehicle fails, the standby takes over and your contact is informed.
